We are a Youth Football and Cheerleading Team serving the towns of Clinton, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, Deep River, Chester, Essex, and Lyme-Old Lyme.  We offer programs for students in grades K-6 and provide them with the opportunity to learn more about the sport of football and cheerleading while incorporating a safe and fun environment!

Please reach out if you have a child in 7-8 that may be interested in flag football or cheer.

Practices for both Flag Football and Cheer will be as follows:

September 5th, 2024 - October 25th, 2024

Tuesdays and Thursdays

6:00-7:30pm

at Westbrook High School in the lower practice field

( adjacent to the track)

**K-1st cheer will only meet on Tuesdays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm**

Volunteers are a crucial part of ensuring we have a successful program, so please consider helping!  A volunteer can range from helping to keep athletes in their groups while they wait for instruction, to running warm-ups, calling plays, to teaching cheers or choreographing routines.  The field looks a whole lot different when you're down there with the athletes and we think you will love it!
